CRE Solutions Enters the Colorado Market with Multiple Sales
With 40+ years of experience in commercial real estate, Rick Egitto delivers brokerage, consulting, and development expertise to Colorado businesses and investors.
Denver, CO — Rick Egitto, an experienced, well-known professional in the commercial real estate industry, is proud to introduce his new company, CRE Solutions. As founder and president, Rick enables clients to buy, lease, sell, and develop properties throughout Colorado by utilizing his extensive knowledge of commercial real estate brokerage. With a focus on investment and user sales, buyer representation, and development, Rick specializes in maximizing asset value across a variety of product types, navigating complex zoning issues in development deals, and bringing impactful projects to fruition that reshape communities and landscapes alike.
With a proven track record of over $3 billion in transactions throughout his career, most recently as a broker for Inverness Properties and as Principal of Denver Capital Markets at Avison Young, Rick is a trusted advisor to institutional, family office, and high-net-worth investors, developers, and entrepreneurs. Rick’s approach to CRE is rooted in a deep understanding of the intricacies and connectivity between the various aspects of the business from an ownership perspective — commercial leasing, property/asset management, acquisitions and dispositions — all with a keen eye trained on capital market cycles.
Since CRE Solutions’ inception 18 months ago, he has completed several commercial property transactions throughout Colorado.
Represented the Morgridge Family Foundation in the sale of their 11,000 sq ft office building at 455 S Pierce Street in Lakewood. CRE Solutions helped Colorado Rural Electrical Association (CREA) procure the property for their new corporate headquarters, which closed July 2025 for $2,450,000.
After many years of assisting hotel developers with identifying sites, CRE Solutions has been working with KT Development for more than three years to source extended-stay hotel sites throughout Colorado. In July 2025, CRE helped acquire a 1.9-acre site for a future Hyatt extended stay hotel in Superior, CO, at McCaslin and US Highway 36. Concurrently, CRE Solutions sponsored a second KT Development procurement for two hotel sites on a 4-acre parcel in Evergreen Devco’s Green Valley Ranch & Telluride project, just north of Interstate 70 near Pena Boulevard. One site is currently under construction as an EverHome Suites extended stay hotel. A QuikTrip and other retail pad buildout will be developed around the site. Finally, in March 2026 we closed another hotel site in Steamboat.
Representing Aircraft Performance Group (APG), CRE Solutions located a highly specialized office space at Park Ridge 4 Office Building in Lone Tree, CO. This west-facing 10,000 sq ft suite met all client requirements as the building was being purchased by KORE Investors.

Represented Lokal Homes in their acquisition of a well known 19 acre site on the south side of C470, adjacent to Furniture Row stores in Lone Tree. The land deal took almost 4 years to come together, as the property, among other legal elements, needed to be rezoned for the 274 townhomes and paired homes that will be built on the site, along with numerous amenities. All homes will be priced under $1 million, bringing a very affordable option to Lone Tree starting in 2026.

CRE Solutions found an industrial building to lease for Five Weight Studios at 1501 W. Tufts Ave, Unit K in Englewood, CO.
CRE Solutions has completed the conversion of the 20,000 sq ft Point at Founders Parkway Class A office building at 4348 Woodlands Blvd in Castle Rock, CO to medical office space. The location is perfectly located near a variety of other medical health care operations and near AdventHealth Castle Rock Hospital at Interstate 25 and Meadows/Founders Parkway. Four new leases have been signed for 6,800 sq ft, the building is now at 100% occupancy.

Representing Honnibrook Meadery in their search for a tasting room to complement their production meadery in Castle Rock, CRE Solutions studied several markets and eventually found a free-standing building at 5757 Rapp Street, next to a new Snarf’s Sandwich shop, downtown Littleton.
Rick is currently selling retail pad sites in Parker and Commerce City on behalf of family offices.
In July 2026, CRE Solutions sold 6500 S. Quebec Street in Centennial, CO to a local investor for $2,600,000. The goal was to sell this 29,000 sq ft, three-story office building to a user/owner that could benefit from in-place income. Ideally located near numerous retail, restaurant, and hotel choices along Arapahoe Road, close to Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre and the light rail, CRE Solutions has now been hired to lease the remaining suites.

CRE Solutions represented Douglas County School District in their acquisition of the 140,000 sf Meridian One office building located at 9785 S. Maroon Circle, Englewood, CO. Bought for $6 million in August 2026, a significant discount to previous values, the building will be completely renovated and brought current over the next few years as DCSD consolidates its office operations into one facility.
Also on the market is 1770 Sherman Street, better known as the El Jebel Shrine Building and adjacent parking, which will go to auction in October, 2026. Located 4 blocks north of Denver’s State Capital, the property has to be bought as one and contains the historic El Jebel Shrine Building, which cannot be demolished but can be carefully adaptively reused for entertainment, museum, nightclub, etc. as well as the adjacent .4 acre parking lot that has affirmed zoning to allow development of up to a 650’ tower — be it hotel, office, residential, some combination of these uses, or some other use. Would make this property one of the tallest in Denver as the market comes back.
Just coming to market with nine 5+ acre homesites, and one 35 acre homesite in Sedalia, a rural community just west of Castle Rock. Priced around $4 million, these sites offer a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build near the Sacred Heart Retreat Center.
With CRE Solutions, Rick expects to bring his years of institutional, client-focused expertise to his clients: buying, leasing, or repositioning commercial properties in Colorado. A knack for solving multifaceted problems, aligning interests, and crafting strategies tailored to each unique client scenario leads to his favorite part of the business: leaving a lasting imprint on the community.
A Florida State University graduate and a Colorado resident since moving to Castle Rock from South Florida in 2001, Rick’s devout integration into the local community is evidenced by his involvement in chairing the Capital Campaign for the development of the Lone Tree Arts Center; his membership in the Leadership Douglas County, a Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce program for emerging leaders; his current position on the AdventHealth Castle Rock Board of Trustees and his serving on the real estate board for the Diocese of Colorado Springs.
Rick earned the prestigious CCIM designation years ago and has attained multiple accolades, including the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) “Heavy Hitter Small Office Broker” award numerous times, further attesting to Rick’s solid reputation. His motto, “Hold yourself to a higher standard than anyone else expects of you,” exemplifies his dedication to positioning CRE Solutions at the top of the industry’s leaderboard.
