Parker Retail Land Sale

This 6.17-acre retail land parcel in Parker, Colorado was excess land from a local business owner’s growing operations. The Town of Parker’s revamped Master Plan created strict restrictions on allowable uses, and the first two prospective buyers fell through when their plans could not align with the town’s requirements. After marketing the site to the right buyer, the land sold in January 2021 for $3.5 million.
