Hotel Site Acquisitions

Over the past 20 years, I’ve sourced hotel development sites throughout Colorado — spanning limited-service brands and full-service projects in premier markets like Cherry Creek and Downtown Denver. In the last five years, I’ve represented developers including ServiceStar Capital Management and KT Development in securing extended-stay sites for brands such as WoodSpring Suites, Everhome Suites by Choice Hotels, and Hyatt Studios. To date, I’ve completed 10 hotel site acquisitions — from Steamboat Springs and Superior to Denver, Centennial, and Greeley — with another 10 in the pipeline. I also work alongside debt and equity partners to help secure the financing that brings these projects to life.
